Heating Control Upgrade Grant – Homeowners whose properties were built and occupied before 2006 can apply and receive up to €750.

Solar Grants – Homeowners whose properties were built and occupied before 2011, can receive up to €3,000.

Heat Pump Grant – Homeowners whose properties were built and occupied before 2011, can receive up to €3,700. A Technical Assessment of your house, at a cost to the homeowner to ensure its “Heat Pump Ready” is a requirement.

Allow Asset’s surveyors to your property first, for FREE, for our advice on if your house could be suitable, before you pay an average €500 for an independent SEAI registered Technical Advisor. If advised your dwelling should be suitable, then you will have to get a Technical Assessment which the SEAI offer a €200 grant towards, which is payable only in conjunction with the heat pump grant.

Multiple Upgrades – If you complete three SEAI upgrades on your property since built, your grant value will be increased by €300. If four SEAI upgrades are completed, you are entitled to a further €100 grant value. €400 in total.

To qualify for SEAI grants the works must be completed by a SEAI’s Registered Contractor – Asset can carry out all Heating and Solar works for you.

• Grant offer immediately via email
• Declaration of Works forms in the post
• 8 months to complete the works before offer expires

DOW forms to be signed by:

• Homeowner
• SEAI registered contractor (Asset Heating & Solar)
• SEAI registered BER Assessor
